List of David I Zaret's Reviews
Dr. Zaret is very thorough and friendly. Appointments are scheduled well and you don’t have to wait long to see the doctor. I would definitely recommend him to my friends & family. Excellent doctor. !! I speak from experience as I am a patient of his.
Dr. Zaret, and I use the term doctor loosely, performed Morton’s Neuroma surgery on my foot in 2014 and I have been in constant 24/7 pain since. His manner is deplorable. He actually laughed at me and then that’s when I exploded in the exam room. The office was full of patients and he became very nervous I would be heard and it was not until then that he started to listen. I used to teach Yoga & Pilates, ski black diamond runs on big mountains and run 20 miles a week. All of that has been taken away. I can barely walk and have a permanent handicap placard. I have difficulty wearing shoes of any kind. I begin each day taking my first steps and cursing him and his future generations. I strongly suggest you seek another doctor and treatment.
Fractured my foot and went to ER because of severe pain and swelling. They took x rays and confirmed foot was fractured and told me to see foot specialist. I was new to area and someone told me to go to Orlin & Cohen. I made the appointment with Dr. Zaret and what a farce. He came in like he was doing me a favor with his P.A. and sat down. The P.A. kind of pressed on my foot and told me oh there's nothing really wrong. Just stay off for a few days. Meanwhile I had the x rays from the hospital showing the fracture. Luckily I was going to Florida in a few days and went to my foot doctor there and low and behold it was fractured. My foot got taped and I had to wear a boot. Dr. Zaret was uncaring, let the P.A. barely check me, disregarded the x rays and had a superiority attitude. I would sincerely not recommend him. Don't know how he still has a job as a doctor.
Very good experience. Would use again for neuroma surgery
Went to see Dr. Zaret in 2009 for bunions on both feet getting worse each year. He was rude and stated his mother's feet are worse and would not operate on her, get orthopedic shoes.
Conservative treatment. Not quick to operate the way I think other doctors would have. Very nice and helpful. Office a bit crowded. Waited about half hour but worth it
He did not fix my problem. In fact, he made it worse.
I was going to Dr Zaret for a little over a year after a bad ankle fracture. He provided two surgeries and I am now better than ever. I cant thank Dr Zaret and his staff enough for all their hard work and getting me back on track. Highly recommend Dr Zaret and Orlin and Cohen
I would not go back to this Ortho simply because he did not take the time to explain the diagnosis of my child's break, recovery, what to expect, etc. I had a lot of questions and felt that he was dismissive with them. My son loved his assistant however who we managed to get more information from.
Uncaring, judgemental a man with no compassion when a patient needs help.threw me out of office cause i see a pain managment doctor as soon as he saw that that was it he gave me a shot a boot and a brace for my foot and nothing worked he agreed in the beginning last resort was surgery and told me cant help me. Never ever go to this obnoxious rude doctor and now thanks to him not helping my foot is worse and maybe torn.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
