He only has book knowledge and even that is spotty at times. I had to remind him of what had to be done since I am a doctor and know what need to be done at what time during my OBGYN visits. He also missing the fact that my amniotic sac had a high tear and I was leaking for a week. I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr Porte. He is Patient and listens to my concerns and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Porte. He is my geno and my daughters and that says a lot because my daughter is very picky on who examines her . Dr Porte takes your mind off of what he’s doing and make you feel comfortable and not awkward and I’ll continue says.... he listens.

Dr Porte delivered our baby girl, and frankly you could not ask for a better doctor. His entire group is frankly the very best. I am actually a physician myself, and I could not say enough great things about our entire care with dr Porte. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and gives an absolute comfort to me and my wife every time that we are in the hands of a real authority.

Delivered both my babies. Most compassionate, caring doctor. I trust him immensely during two very scary c-sections. I wouldn’t want anyone to deliver my third but him.

Dr Porte is the best. He delivered both my babies c-section. The first an emergency and the second let me go up to 10 days late to try for a vbac but alas, ended in another csection. He listened to ME and my wants/needs. He is highly respected in the hospital and I love his whole practice.

All doctors here are GREAT. Dr. Porte found a thyroid problem I had that I was unaware on a yearly exam. My ENT had missed it! He started the process by requesting a sonogram of my thyroid. When I had problems getting a speedy appointment (they wanted to give me an appointment months ahead) he called the doctor I wanted and was able to get me an appointment within the month. Dr. Porte is a wonderful, caring and thorough Doctor who has always taken the time with his (and colleagues) patients.

Doctors and nurses are really good, but office staff is very rude. Wait time is at least an hour or sometimes more. You have to call 2-3 times to get a prescription. They never have any samples. I called three times this week and I am still waiting for my prescripotion.
