Although they are short staffed those that are there do everything they can to make it a safe and caring facilities. There will always be cases where we those on the outside that we find unfair or unjust.We must remember we placed our loved one there and keep informed and help where we can. I personally feel there is no place that will ever give what we want but they do try and that is all we can ask.?

Everywhere we turn the entire staff is so willing to help! The kindness they show our father is amazing!!

This facility is nice looking on the outside, but its a different story on in inside. If your loved one is a amputee, don’t expect them to be treated well.My mother was a amputee and was not given the respect and service she deserved. I had made 2 official complaints regarding how my mother was being treated and nothing was done. I called several times a day in order to get help for my mother because they ignored my mother’s call for help.This facility is horrible and I STRONGLY wouldn’t recommend this facility. If you love your love one, don’t put them here.

My mom is there now 5 years and I could not have felt more secure and confident with the exceptional skilled care each and every staff member exhibits. The health care sides are compassionate and treat my mom with such dignity and care and take rich an interest in her everyday needs. The nurses are extraordinary keep me up to date whenever there is a need or concern. The follow up she receives is amazing. Such personal care. The staff in the kitchen as well as the laundry staff they volunteers the technical maintenance staff and especially the sisters and brothers are unbelievable! Not yo mention the administrator and all of administration that are always available. The social worker Julie is second to none. Always there to help and always prompt and on top of it. How fortunate we are. My mom is so happy which gives us peace of mind and happiness

a loving caring facility where people rehabilitate, love and sadly sometimes can die but always with love, respect and dignity. if there were such a thing this would be a ****** facilty.

Make sure that the care they give ALL patients is equitable. Stop suggesting and badgering family to have invasive procedures be performed on your loved one for the convenience of the staff.

My mother spent the last 10 years of her life at Maria Regina. Her art is covering one side of the 2nd floor. She was so happy there. The nurses and staff showed her love and respect.

My Mom, Rose, was at Maria Regina. It was the greatest relief for me that she was in a great place. She was treated wonderfully & was happy during the time she was there. The facility is very clean, the food was quite good. It's been a while since my Mom died, but I will always be very grateful to the nurses, aides, staff & the Sisters who took such loving care of my Mom.

Social worker was belligerent, nursing staff putting my mother in diapers even they were told not to. Thought this was 5 star facility but would only give it half a star. Very disappointed with care and now they are trying to discharge my mother with no aftercare in place. Think the Board of Health will be notified.
