Very rude and unprofessional. Never knew how to call in scripts and then would refused medications because I was forced to reschedule appts due to it. I’m sorry - but I have an actual job to attend. I don’t have a half hour to sit at the pharmacy and wait additional time due to your incompetence. The script should have been ready for me ahead of time, so that I can make my actual appt. Not to mention, none of this staff is certified. The head person in charge is a nurse that has no idea what she’s talking about. If you’re looking for an actual doctor with real medical advice, you will NOT receive that here; waste of time.
