Yakov Yagudayev's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Yagudayev has been my sons Dr. since birth and I can never think about changing him. Dr Y. is part of my family. He also makes time for his patients and truly cares about us. If you find that you have to stop into his office be prepared to be greeted by his lovely staff. The ladies at the front desk is a reflection of how great his office is. Im not sure how this office would be able to run if Milana was not their she is very thorough and organized with every file and patients request. Than she hands over your chart to Paoly and who in turns bring you to the exam room to ensure that you are well enough to wait and to take all the vitals and get a background of everything that you might need. Its funny cause she as well remembers what may have happened to you/your kids since the last visit and needs an update on your well being. Dr Y office is like a well working machine that I can never not be without. I will send anyone I know to see Dr.Y staff for all your medical needs. We Love you and will see you soon.

Awesome staff. Dr Yaakov is amazing very warm and knowledgeable, he was able to help me with something I spend years trying to figure out. Thanks to Dr Yaakov and his team. Highly recommended.

Front desk is so hostile

I have been going to Dr. Yagudayev since 2019. The staff are very professional, kind and helpful. Never had to wait long to see the doctors. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to treat every symptom I came in with my son and daughter. The young ladies in the front are very kind, friendly and welcoming. Best pediatrician office in queens. When my daughter wasn't yet included in my health insurance and I took her there, I paid $150 for her visit and a few weeks later when my daughter was successfully added to my health insurance, I was fully reimbursed for the $150.

Great doctor thank you doctor. You and your staff are amazing. My kid loves you he feels safe and is excited to go to the doctor.

Literally the best doctor, says it straight up as is and does not give you anxiety. Never had such great doctor before. He sees all my family and they are super happy.

Dr Yagudayev is one of the most caring and knowledgable of health care professionals I have encountered in the last 11 years at my pharmacy practice, and you can imagine I have interacted with quite a few physicians. Dr Yagudayev is not only professional, courteous, and caring, but he goes the extra mile to service his patients. He is one of the only physicians that is in constant communication with the pharmacy to best service his patients' needs. He takes everything into his own hands, and treats his patients like family. Take the pharmacist's word for it here at PrimeMed---- there will always be that one rotten apple like Pawel Michalski Sorry Mr. - when you review someone, you have to elaborate as to why you're happy or not, not just a one star with no basis . Like this clinic never a waiting time and Dr. Y is always on point very knowledgeable and compassionate with kids. Highly recommend :)

Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Yagudayev is by far the best pediatrician in Queens. My daughter has been seeing him since birth back in February 2011 and I never had to wait for more the 15 to 20 minutes in his office on a busy day. I could be on my way to the office and call him to see my daughter, he will never refuse. The office staff is very friendly. My daughter is blessed to having him as her pediatrician.
