I attended my 86 yo aunts follow up appointment with her after a stroke. Loved the office staff but was not impressed with Dr. Wiza. We had a lot of questions. He made us feel like all he wanted was her copay and to push her out the door. Did not like being asked questions. At one point stated the he was the doctor very sarcastically. Then set up a referral for a X-ray of the wrong foot. We will recommend she look for a new doctor.

My visit was awful.I have to totally agree with the other respondent.He is arrogant and does not listen to the patient at all. No wonder he is the only Dr or PA in that practice that had openings. He cuts you off when you try to ask question and if he does answer he makes you feel stupid for asking. I will NEVER see him again, even if I am deathly ill. If there were a minus in the stars that is what I would give him.

Dr. Wiza is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. He does not listen to the patient and without getting all the facts, diagnosis the problem. I have never met a doctor so rude and unprofessional. Honestly I do not know how he has kept his practice.

Dr. Wiza was rude, dismissive, and made me uncomfortable. He didn’t listen to my concerns or answer questions. I had to get a second opinion in order to get treatment.

I used to be a patient here and had an awful experience. Dr.Wiza was very rude and uncaring. He never listened to what I had to say just pushed prescriptions on me. Then when I filled out a release to have my records sent to another office he refused to refill my antidepressants. My appointment with a new PCP was months away but he said I was no longer his patient so I went cold turkey off my antidepressants and had a really rough couple of months. I would never go back to this office.

Not even worth one star. Of the two times I’ve seen Dr. Wiza (I usually see the PA and she’s great) he made me feel like an idiot for asking for help and uncared for both times. I had to repeat myself multiple times because he wasn’t paying attention to me and both visits were rushed and seemed to be an annoyance to him. He’ll just send you to an expensive specialist, it’s not worth having him as a primary care doctor

I personally love this office and everyone in it! Dr. Wiza is great with my entire family - we have three girls. He always listens to what we have to say, has helped us get answers when my middle child was having digestive issues and makes me feel like he actually cares about us. Perhaps we get along great because of our mutual ties to Erie Pa! LOL Both Dr. Wiza and Lori are amazing <3

Dr. Wiza was rude, offensive and abrasive. He told me outright that’s his nature to be direct...ie; rude, offensive and abrasive. He didn’t listen to anything then told us we needed to make an appointment for a physical even thought we already had a physical weeks earlier. He barely filled out needed forms which were sent back for more information from Excellus. He became angry when I told him his attitude stunk and that I wouldn’t return unless my special needs daughter who he was working for was moved to the other Dr. in the practice. I have reported him to Rochester Regional Health and Excellus. I recommend avoiding Dr. Wiza at all cost. He’s not worth the one star I had to give. Horrible experience and the first, second, third and final one. This was the first time i ever had to correct a Dr. in multiple issues over three visits. I wish i had read the reviews. Be as direct as he is to his patients and avoid going to Dr. Wiza. He should not be a practicing physician. He’s just mean and will not listen to you.

I will only ever go back if I can see a nurse or PA. I saw Dr. Wiza today for the first time; he had horrible bedside manor, and does not care. He genuinely acts as though you aren't worth his time. The rest of the staff is wonderful and kind.

Friendly and took his time with me. Answered all questions. Staff was friendly as well.
