The staff is very friendly and professional

This is the worst company if you have a love one who needs care. The staff are lazy. Some sit on the phone, get on video chat. They are late or just don’t show up. Let's not talk about the office and management of this organization. I don't have the time. I am changing today to a competent provider. Please irmprove your business it's awful.

Since the company changed from Alliance it’s gone bad. Coordinators are the worst (especially Alexander) she don’t check on her patients. They don’t even call to tell the client that they sending someone. They don’t give they employees a bonus for Christmas.. Sad .. The Home Health Aide worked through the whole Pandemic and they treat them like garbage.

Back in the day they gave you extensions for the coordinators now they don’t and when someone picks up they have you holding between 18-27 mins until you give up or they answer .. they refuse to give extensions. Communication is horrible . I have to reach out to the health insurance company to get a hold of them via EMAIL because they do the same to them as well. We had 2 bad aides I’ve been trying to complain about and not have them return but they don’t answer the phone so they don’t know about it

Alliance provided home care services for my mother for the past 7 years and they were fairly good but since they became Accent care it has gone down hill. Their service is terrible. You can’t get in contact with a coordinator most of the time and they forget to schedule a home aid to service a client. Don’t do business with this place, you will regret it if you do.

I'm disappointed in the company. Because their was a property if my taking or maybe threw out. I don't know! Because it was the aide first time being there on December 6,2020. And the company did not take any action into seeing what happen to my earring. I still haven't talked to a supervisor yet. And this happen in 2020 of December. They don't pick up the phone. You be on hold for to long. Than when you leave a message for them to get back to you,they don't call you back. Than I had a aide who I thought was a good person to care of me. I send her food shopping. And she doesn't know what she did with my ebt card. I told the company about that too. And that happen this on 01/14/21. And she left me and stop wanna to help me because she did something wrong. And here again no supervisor on the second explain with a different aide. And they don't follow or listen to the clients. Well I know they don't listen to me. And I will never ever reference anyone to this company.

This is by far the WORST health care agency in the world. The coordinator lack professionalism as well as their Aides. They abuse the patient worst of all they leave the patients who are disable home along because they cannot find coverage to release the prior aide. They are awful agency I dont understand how they are still in business. Please DO NOT! use their services to take care of your love ones. They dont answer the phone and when you call too many times they ghost you. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
