La peor agencia para trabajar, si una coordinadora te da un caso fijo pero tú le dices lo voy a tratar no lo tomaré fijo hasta saber cómo es el caso, ellas te dicen está bien pruébalo, y si el caso es malo y tú llamas y reporta que no lo vas a tomar ya que no te conviene te sacan del sistema, te cancelan… es muy desagradable trabajar así.. la peor agencia.

So I gave u 5 stars onlyyyyyyy because I have to thank ursing supervisor Xiomara for alwaYs solving any situation I ha e with my two girls I have with ur agency if it wasn't for her I would've left already I've been here for many years and I don't k ow what's going on but the best workers are gone PLEASE DONT LET XIOMARA LEAVE AUSE I WOULD BE FOLLOWING HER WITH MY 2 CASES CARIDAD RUIZ AND RENEE STUBBS IM SHIRLEY LOPEZ THEIR GUARDIAN .Xiomara Cassandra thank u 2 ladies for holding it down for us thank u

This place should be ashamed to even be allowed to operate. My father with alzheimers was entitled to an aid 3 days a week until his wound was healed through medicare. This organization sent one aid and stated that we live to far from a train station. The train line runs through our backyard and we live one block away from a major street with numerous buses. They do no background checking of their employees, they sent workers that don't speak English but claimed they did. They sent workers that said they were okay with dogs, but weren't. Instead of providing services they provide excuses. Thank you for failing your patients who need you in the most important times. American Healthcare is terrible and this place is just reaping the benefits. Do not use.
