Pésimo servicio. Llevo más de 5 horas y una enfermera ni siquiera se ha acercado a preguntarme como me siento. De verdad es tiempo perdido venir a este sitio. Uno puede morirse y a ellos ni les interesa.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been in no lie. No respect for your privacy or Hippa laws. They discuss your business in a crowded waiting room while other people listen on. The doctor asked me to sit in a gown in a crowded dirty waiting room. I never saw anything like this absolute chaos. Apparently, they can't treat my pain with the medication im previously use to. I came 4 hours ago and they didn't even ask me about if I needed any pain medication. Until I went off. Each time they see you in a room you have to come out. And they'll still say they have no rooms available to talk about your personal info.

Wanted to give it no star, but Google makes that difficult. Dirty, messy place. Covid still exist, yet after someone gets up from the chair I had to tell them to wipe down the chairs before I sat. I've been sitting there for almost an hour, waiting for a nurse who said she was gone to get me some medicine for the allergic reaction. Nurse is still left to show up.I spent close to 2 hours there for nothing. Most of the staff gathered gossiping. I complained to the receptionist and told her I was leaving, and my reason for wanting to leave..the way she responded she didn't care. Thank God I don't have to use them again, I used them because I wasn't familiar with the City. Waste of time!

Stay far away from this place. I went for a medical checkup on a bad arm, never got to see a physician. Waited in a non crowded area for hours and ended up leaving. They billed me $1,500 for literally waiting for hours with no help. I'm not paying the bill and this hospital can S*D

Mala Experiencia! La doctora Shilpha Kolli fue hablar conmigo mi diagnóstico no quería llamar por un intrepete hasta que solo pedi dos veces hablo mi problema de salud en la sala de espera delante de todos los pacientes, queria chequear ahi mismo delante de todos hasta que le tuve que repetir que necesitaba privacidad, como no estuve de acuerdo a su diagnostico me dijo que yo iba a tener que esperar mucho y asi lo hizo ordeno el ct scam 6 horas despues y olvido de mi. Cuando voy a sala de ct Scan el tecnico se va y no regresa hasta una hora despues ! No vayan es 😢 Terrible

Very good they’re always on top of their stuff

As a visitor the staff is horrible. They misinform you and then are sarcastic and condensing with their replies of I’m so sorry. I was told I would be able to visit my relative after having heart surgery and I traveled more than an hour to get there only to be told I could not visit. Being that I understand covid 19 protocols i specifically asked if I could visit and the doctor ensured I would be able to. I requested to speak to a charge nurse and they continued to deny me in speaking with him or her. I told my relative not to go to this hospital but I got exactly what I expected. Never again will I visit, be patient, or have anything positive to say about miserable montefiore!!

Staff is phony polite, & uncaring. After not allowing me to stay with my wife because of "COVID-19" concerns, neither the surgeon or anyone bother to call me to tell me how the surgery went. After being told I could come back at 2pm, 1.5 hours later I was still waiting in the lobby. Add to that we traveled 2 hours to get there so I was basically left to sit in my vehicle 8 hours. Very poor communication and very poor hospitality.
