I've been coming here since about 2012. I've moved from the bronx to Manhattan to bklyn back to the bronx and I won't change this clinic! I recently went for my sons appt. about 2 weeks ago with Dr. davin Cole he is a great doctor and my son has no problem with him. This is a great clinic 👏

I need the fax number & it doesn't show it. The only problem I have with the clinic & my Dr is that she says she'll call me when my very important test results come in & she doesn't. The last time she said she would was after 2 months that had gotten by and I went in to find out 4 myself. Then she was huffing that she had 2 call 4 them. Now again Im looking on my patient portal 4 my results 2c if I had cancer & I don't see anything about me having the MRI w contrast. I think its time 2 find a new clinic & Dr.

No ponen atención, no toman las cosas con seriedad y solo para regañar están, no contestan el teléfono como cuesta comunicarse si pudiera poner cero lo haría, pienso que deberían sugerir pero regañar no. Se me olvidaba no le dan a uno sus pastillas hace 2 días fui y sigo esperando!They don't pay attention, they don't take things seriously and just to scold they are, they don't answer the phone as it is hard to communicate if I could put zero i would, I think they should suggest but not scold They forgot to give the pills I ask for, I went 2 days ago and I keep waiting!

I absolutely love my doctor Jhanine Rivera. She is super sweet and she truly cares about her patients. The wait time i long but so worth it.

I’ve been coming here for years now. And never have I ever been seen at the time my appointment was set up. It’s very frustrating when you have other errands and then an appointment that was supposed to take an hour now turned into 3-4. I came for a physical and was rushed so I had to return the following day to make sure my form is filled out. And I cannot start without it and it still was not complete when I came in 3 ago. If you can find a better clinic with better patient services because this is an every time thing.

Well I don't know about anyone else but Everytime I go here everything is fast efficient and the doctors and nurses and even front desk employees are always really nice here I looove my doctor's here everyone I've ever seen whenever I go is really great don't be fooled by a few of the bad ratings they're all awesome here!!
