This place was so kind and welcoming the second i brought my sick child in. i had been to other urgent cares for my 5 year old and no one could help us our figure out what he needed or what was wrong and all the amazing ladies there were so helpful and kind. Blerta took care of my son so lovely. He was so afraid of getting the flu and Covid test due to past bad experiences, And she made it so easy for him to get comfortable and let her do the swab. I highly recommend this, especially to mothers with small kids. They are really good with kids there.. thank you for helping a mom in need <3 highly recommend!

I went in for asthma and all new girls and these people don’t know nothing . This place went down hill in the matter of months . They seem to not know how to properly take vitals which is the simplest! as well as communicate. I as well have been told they under new management. Hopefully they get a new better staff because these new ones are no good . Facility is very clean as always but new management sucks

From the moment I walked in, the-staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly attentive. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The medical professionals were exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided clear explanations about my condition and the recommended treatment. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their care. What truly stood out was the speed at which I was seen. Despite the urgency of my situation, I didn't feel rushed through the process. Highly recommended for the community!

My recent visit to Bronx Park was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm and professional approach put me at ease. They took me in promptly, and their medical team was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly transparent and patient. The facility was clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.

They have a whole new staff and these girls seem to know nothing . I got my blood taken today and she did not know what she was doing . Aside from that they are all migrants . They always speaking a different language to each other and in front of patients very unprofessional. I have been going here for years but not sure if I will return after today’s visit . I’m also under the impression they have new management. They should’ve kept the old team ! They need the old crew back .
