The Drs. nurses and staff are very nice and professional, you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The dialysis center in the hospital is up to date and they do an excellent job. I give this review a 5 star, I was treated well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! My child has had a urine issue for the past week and the ER and pediatrics did nothing to help him with relief!!! Knowing it takes awhile to get an appointment with a urologist or in general. I asked to get an earlier appointment so my child isn't suffering peeing every 5 minutes! Not for them to say he's constipated and prescribe a laxative. I'm so done with this health care system.

If i could leave no stars i would..the emergency room and doctors and nurses are rude and unprofessional..i went by ambulance to the ER and waited 2 hours for anyone to see me..mind you i went cause i had uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea..i was given no IV, no fluids at all, no nausea meds, not even ice chips when i asked, when i was finally seen by a DR who seemed to not care about anyone of his patients...he looked at my chart and told me i was just having a anxiety attack..REALLY..he discharged me a hour later...still puking, still diarrhea..My son was so mad..we went to Montefiore and was admitted for severe dehydration and food poisoning..i was admitted for 8 days...this is not my first encounter withem as BX LEBANON now Bronx care..nothing has changed but the name..DISAPPOINTED

This hospital was better when it was Bronx Lebanon, not Bronx Care. This is disgusting. They never take your call for the pediatrics department. They close at 3pm and you can call at 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and no one takes your call. The phone rings and rings and they never take your call. They are unprofessional. They send you a referral to another hospital and never send a referral. It is a problem to communicate with them because they never take your call.

Literally the worst hospital ever if you can avoid it please do!! I’m here now and the level of care is the worst… your ignored and people act like they don’t want to do their job.. I’ve been standing for an hour because they don’t have the bough chairs in the sections they cram you into

The Emergency room nurses are lazy and the ER doctors are unprofessional. Worst experience ever. They don’t even try and help the patients. They want the patients to help themselves.

This hospital still is a piece of crap. The Emergency room is super slow, uncaring bunch of people. The emergency room attendants are rude and don’t even have enough supplies for the patients. The doctors play all day and make the wait super long. I came in at 12:00 am and left at 8:00am just for them to diagnose me with a kidney infection and then sent me home with antibiotics. Tuhhh no food for patients no electrolytes for the elderly it’s just a complete mess here.
