La peor agencia que he visto en mi vida hace 4 meses me dijieron que me hiban a llamar por trabajo y hasta el sol de hoy nada cuando llamas ningún departamento te toma la llamada enserió no pierdan su tiempo en aplicar ahí es tiempo perdido no le doy ninguna estrella

Refused to hire me because my parents passed away last year and I couldn't take cases when I signed up with them before their passing. I was terminated. I now was contacted to work for them and did all my paperwork and paid for a physical then to be told their not hiring me.

esa agencia la verdad que el personal son una gente que no tienen ética, yo aplique y envié todo mis papeles y llamaba y siempre me faltaba algo y lo enviaba de nuevo y siempre que llama nunca responde el celular hasta que me canse de llamar

Avoid at all cost. These people don’t do their job. No one wants to do their job, they avoid you when there’s an issue at hand and say things like “We will call you back” and NEVER do. My mother has 24 hour care (12 hour split shifts), and multiple times when an aide calls out, no coverage is sent over. Throwing everyone’s lives out of wack. There’s a reason for these services and we should be able to rely on an agency for the help. If I can give zero stars, I would.

If I could give them no stars I would.I asked them numerous times before applying if they had any cases in Brooklyn they told me yes we do.I called literally two days in a row nobody answered an coordination department. I called an pressed zero someone finally gives me case for Saturday an Sunday the lady goes I’ll send u the address.A day later never got no address sent to me.Don’t waste your time beyond unprofessional smh they have no communication and I can only imagine what they do with their patience.never I have came across an agency so dysfunctional smh.

Castle Rock Home Care is phenomenal and the way they treated our beloved grandmother / mother were beyond words. From the beginning until the very end of this painful process of getting care for our grandmother, Castle Rock Home Care were there for us. The team was diligent, caring, and realistic. Their endless work and help are worthwhile! Thank you especially Yudi and Genevieve! Francesca and all the home aides were FANTASTIC! Vincenzo Agovino and Agovino family. We will never forget what you’ve done for us and our mother.

I truly love the home attendants from this agency! I have 24 hr care for my father and thank God I found the coordinator who navigated me through the application process. He was always available for my questions and assured me along the way. The attendants I have are amazing! They enjoy the work they do and are knowledgeable. My father lives alone and they have truly been instrumental is helping to create an environment that is thoughtful and comfortable for him! Even the overnight attendants are on point! Even the ones they send to cover shifts who are not familiar with my father, are top notch!! I can’t say thank you enough to all who make this possible.
