I just wanted to take a minute and thank the amazing staff and Charlie for doing everything they could for my beautiful fur baby, even though she didn't win the battle at least I know we all gave it our best and truly meant a lot !!! Thank you so much !!!

I have been taking my dogs to Charlie Brown for 10 years.Caring wonderful office!Everything he has done for my dogs has always been top notch.Highly recommend this veterinary office.

Top notch all the way! I was visiting Warwick from out of town when my dog who has a very serious heart condition and on several medications became considerably worse. After calling my dogs cardiologists office, they recommended my dog be seen by a vet immediately. Dr. Brown's office agreed I could bring my dog right over. My dog was seen right away on a busy Saturday morning and great time and care was taken to ensure the appropriate measures were taken to relief my dog. Dr. Brown took the time to explain things to me and to call my dog's cardiologist's office to confer/consult with them on the appropriate course of treatment. The office staff was very friendly and professional as well. This office went out of their way to provide the very best care for an out of town 'non patient'. My dog was so much better after this visit and I am so grateful there are dedicated animal caregivers such as Br. Brown and his staff.

I admit it, I'm prejudiced for this veterinarian due to the fact I grew up with him as my family vet. Full disclosure: He's my father (adopted).Dr. Brown has been in the same place for over 25 years and he's the epitome of a family vet. His "bed-side manner" can be a little off-putting due to his habit of talking a little too in depth about things laymen might not understand or need to know. Or in fact even care about. But his breadth of understanding all different types of animals and their problems.For instance, my ex-husband and I rescued a black kitten from a kill shelter in TX. When she became an adult she started having very bad nasal problems (sneezing non-stop, nasal crustings that were inhibiting breathing, and lots of cat snot) so I called him as I have special privileges that mean I can ask for over-the-phone diagnosis. His first response of probable herpes in the nasal passages and a prescription of OTC Lysine given to her daily (the pills are large so she gets half of one) turned out to be spot on. She still has sneezing issues, but the crusting and huge snot amounts have mostly cleared up. Now yes, he's my dad, but he also did a spot on long distance diagnosis - not too shabby.If you live in the Tri-state area (where NY, NJ and either PA or CT meet up, you can not go wrong by choosing Dr. Brown for any of your pets. He works with dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, wild animals needing rescue help, and more!As mentioned, his "bedside manner" could use some help, but other then that I can't give him a bad grade. Thirty plus years in the same spot, caring for the pets of his neighbors and owning and running a successful business is not easy, nor something to ignore when looking for a good, honest caretaker of your beloved pet.So give him a try if you haven't already. And if you're a fellow ex- or current-Warwickian that has availed yourself of his services, please give some feedback of your own. *GRIN*But on the whole I have to recommend him from everything to cats and dogs to found baby birds to ferrets. And he has a very efficient office staff and assistants.He will also do teeth cleaning and grooming for difficult pets.

I am a concerned mother and he diagnosed my son and my son's friend. Because of this diagnosis he made my son's injury worse and he now is out 3 months from the sport that he loves, Dr. Brown is not a good doctor.
