Citadel Rehabilitation And Nursing Center At Kingsbridge's Online Review Report Card

Garbage for a nursing home. Every single person working there are rude to the core. Majority of patients there are highly medicated for no reason. The patients are like walking dead in there. Every single patient they saying is demented. Once I told the aide the patient need changing and she said why don't I do it if I think he need changing. The nerve of those people there. One review said to get power of attorney but my dear that don't work. Some power of attorney is worse than the vile people working there. Citadel need to shut down. Don't take anyone there .

This building is the most disgusting building I’ve ever seen the people that work here are disgusting. The people that are actually dealing with your family is disgusting. They don’t have no care concern and the front of the building is disgusting ambulance park wherever they want. They block the streets there’s garbage all over the building The directors and the owners that live next door right next to the building at the house they are disgusting because the Neighbourhood is disgusting how they keep it. This needs to be resolved ambulance blocking peoples driveways ambulance parking wherever they want while they have a whole side where it says no stand just for ambulance. This is disgusting by this building and the directors that run this building.

They are very rude here and unprofessional, they neglect their patients I wouldn’t recommend leaving a family member here!

I love visiting my nana here every week, the staff is so friendly and the coffee at the cafe is a great addition miralys and dajour were exceptionally warm and welcoming.

They do not care about your loved ones. My grandfather starved to death at this place because none of the staff cared.

Treated our Mom with so much care, respect and dignity in her last day. It was very clean, and organized.

Update on Arthur. Deitsch’s health situation. After I spent 10 months in the worst nursing home in my life called Citadel nursing home, I caught Covid,pneumonia, and a bad virus which I needed IV antibiotic’s. I was also assaulted four times, changed rooms four times due to being assaulted each time. When I finally came home, I caught a UCI which is a bad infection in my urine. I was hallucinating, could urinated, couldn’t move my bowels for a week and almost died from it. I’m been on hospice care for almost two years now and I had to have IV antibiotics and I’m still catheterized. It was so bad the Maritza said I tried to drink my urine, cussing and I was not Artie at all. Thank God I got better now and that episode is over for now. I’m so happy to be home and I’m eating like a horse. I just wanted to let my friends now about what I went through. My family never texted me in the 10 months I was in the nursing home. I guess out of sight, out of mind. Only Maritza and her whole family came to visited me and really cared.

The food was horribly terrible, they need more nurses, And CN staff they understaffed they never have supplies they need better doctors not 1 Dr for 2000 patients ridiculous wound care is a joke non professional your wounds would just get worse and you know everybody is embedded on medication walking around like zombies staff talk to patients like their nobody very disrespectful they only care about money and milking your insurance they're not concerned about. The patient Or the patient's needs their rehabilitation equipment is old and outdated I would never recommend anyone for this place it's terrible needs be shutdown and investigated for how they treat patients never send someone you love here.

I would give this place a 5 if they didn't have such a disrespectful Nurse supervisor on the third floor she is very disrespectful. Other wise this place was great. The best CNA in the World Ms Jackson was so helpful and nice they need more CNA like her. My therapists Christina & Galina was excellent they are the best this place have to offer they got me on my feet in 3 weeks. Kingsbridge should be happy that these 2 ladies work there. The food was terrible, it's not a big deal most of the time I ordered my own food. If it wasn't for the RUDE NURSE SUPERVISOR & THE FOOD I would give this place a 5.

I recently visited this facility to visit a family member while I was on vacation here for Holiday. I was saddened to be told she had a pocketbook stolen from her with $20. In it The food look terrible. Think twice about this place..
