An employee by name Shasha shouldn't have that job with her hostile, and sarcastic remarks. I had to report her to the MD and request another employee to attend to me. I have always loved all the employees in the baychester location until last week. Being rude is an understatement with her behavior. I hope management looks into it. Extremely lazy and rude individual who will eventually turn patients away. A big shame on herand doesn't deserve that job. Healthcare is about empathy, professionalism and care, which she totally lacks.
