The doctors are usually great . But the one lady d9ctor who works here lately is rude and very unprofessional.
The staff is very welcoming and hands on especially their triage dept. Dr Abad in Triage is AMAZING . Do NOT hesitate to go to Lincoln Hospital
I love this spot asap they know exactly what u need it’s hard to find a place like an URGENT CARE clinic who knew what to do right away I give them a 5⭐️ and an A++ to all employees especially the doctor SHE was amazing god bless those who are humbled at heart thank you so much for being fast and knowing my solution right away ☺️
I went to do a CDL driver license medical exam, the price for that exam is $110 but the manager wanted to charge me $225 I ended up not doing it. The manager is not fit to run a place like that, rude and unprofessional.
I go to City MD at 161st betw. Gerard Ave and River Ave. I walked in dragging my leg (due to my achilles snapped and knee issues) first thing out security mouth is you need to wait outside after you register, we are crowded. I looked at her while she is sitting on a patient chair with cellphone in her hand like are you for real right now? You see my condition. I explained my condition and she sat there saying look around we are at capacity, while still sitting. I think Humans have a big void in their thinking process. Smartphones have clearly done messed with logical thinking. So as I left outside a lady stopped me offered her seat, so I went back in. I gave font desk my ID grabbed a pen to sit and voila a patient’s child took the seat. Receptionist reminded me an hour wait. Security still sitting repeated it’s crowded. I took my ID and said forget it. Unreal that a security is sitting in a patient’s chair and does not get up nor do front desk tell her to. Then everyone started offering their seat. I am already in pain and don’t want to sit there with this kind of welcome reception. Never have I ever seen security sitting unless it’s empty. Thank you staff and security for your hospitality, generosity and common sense. Major FAIL!
The medical assistant ask me why did wait to come in so late it was 7:30 when I got there. Nobody was in the waiting room. I was in so much pain and they were right there. I won’t go back here ever again.
Professional group that does their work quickly. No lingering, no fuss.
Waited more than an hour and didn't see a doctor and was in horrible pain. I had to call an ambulance. Do not go here!
Son muy serviciales y lo que me gusta es el interés que muestran de hablar en español, tanto el personal de servicio al cliente, asistente de médico y los doctores, ya que es un lugar muy frecuentado por el público hispano.
Great front desk people. Great telephone service. Waiting times are too long and there should be a way to distinguish between patients who are only there for a test vs. patients who need more extensive treatment. Otherwise, it was a good health care experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
