I do not recommend anyone being seen or treated by Despina Trigenis, “DO” (supposedly doctor) After work I had to rush my daughter to CityMD because she had a fever & at the time it was the closest place to home. Upon arrival the energy was off (like a unwanted feeling)… it was 20mins until closing and at that point they seemed in a rush to close… sending people to the ER (go to the ER) rather than caring for her patients with compassion and PATIENCE. I explained it wasn’t 8pm as yet and that I wasn’t leaving without my daughter being seen, after seeing and hearing her turn a patient away she didn’t even care to take a look (sad). This Dr looked irritated, not to mention standing at the front desk and how scared her employees look of her. I should’ve just turned around and walked out… but I was desperate for my daughter to rid of her fever (medication). Without even getting to sit and fill out my registration form Despina told me to come so I followed… She then proceeded to tell me my daughter will feel discomfort from the swab… I’m thinking to myself yea it’s a throat swab & she does have a throat infection (my baby was swallowing hard with a fever, she looked overall sick). This lady was so aggressive with swabbing my 3 year old daughter that her throat began to bleed!!!!! I told her to back away that she is no longer allowed to treat my daughter. Despina Trigenis (not a nice doctor) began yelling, rolling her eyes arguing back at me about her malpractice. Looking frantic from the accident she made, she quickly denied any other treatment for my 3 year old daughter and told me go to the ER to call 911 for an ambulance… in which I did and they did a spectacular job with my baby in the ER. DESPINA TRIGENIS, “DO” NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED WHEN IT COMES TO CHILDREN (pediatrics)… THERE IS A WAY TO GET THEM TO OPEN THEIR MOUTH ETC. DESPINA DOESN'T HAVE A WELCOMING SPIRIT AND IS NOT GENTLE. PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN & YOUR RIGHTS.

Front desk has terrible actitud towards patient and the Dr. Don’t even know how to give you an accurate diagnosis Gad to seek for a second opinion.

This place sucks I went there today so they could check my arm and both doctors had a attitude ya don't deserve no stars I just got up and left the place ,I won't recommend this place to anybody,smh

This morning I went to City MD to do a physical for my job. They told me if I see a doctor, I would have to pay 225 dollars. Yes, 225 dollars just to see a doctor. When I went to City Md to see the doctor a couple of times, and they never told me I have to pay 225 to see the doctor. So I left and went somewhere else to do my physical. City MD is a SCAM

Don’t recommend to anyone, I had an infection & I was told to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy & when I went to pick it up the pharmacy told me they didn’t receive any prescription under my name so I call them several times telling them I need my medication because I was suffering with the pain on my leg but they didn’t help me in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING so I had to stay in pain for days until I visited another doctor. Don’t waste your time here.
