Staff was not friendly and procedure was not done properly.

Went at 4:15pm to see a doctor for a possible sinus infection. Filled out paperwork and sat in the waiting room until 4:30pm. I entered a patient room at 4:35pm. By 5:15pm the doctor still never showed. I listened to the nurses play a board game while I waited in the room that was extremely hot for an 85 degree day. When I opened the door to ask a nurse about what was happening, I saw the doctor go into another patient room who had been waiting before me. This doctor literally disappeared for over an hour, leaving me and the other patient waiting. I left receiving zero patient care for an extremely painful sinus infection. It’s unacceptable that doctors behave this way, especially in poor to middle class neighborhoods. If they don’t want to work with us, they should stay in Manhattan. Do not go to this CityMD; it’s not worth the long wait times, unprofessional nurses and disrespectful doctors.

I always come to this CityMD location because service is fast and easy. I go in and out. For my last visit I was out within an hour. The doctor found what was wrong with my child and sent the medication to the pharmacy.

The nurse that seen me before my doctor came in 1000/10 she’s so polite she lets you talk and what your feeling then she gives your opinion but then says “but the doctor will let you know” she’s the sweetest the doctor 1000/10 he’s so polite gets to the point

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of kindness and compassion displayed by the team at Parkchester City MD from the moment we arrived until the end of my son’s visit. Their exceptional care extended not only to my son but also to me, making our experience truly memorable. The team’s professionalism and warmth made a significant impact on us.

On April 14, 2024 I arrive at Parkchester city md at 7:55 had to wait 5 minutes bcuz they open at 8:00. I was the very first person to arrive. There are no longer check in portals for patients to check in. Only Scan codes or fill out paper work to check in. I handed Jaylan my paperwork to now check me in. 3 ppl came after me. I'm sitting there waiting for the doctor to see me. However the 3 ppl that arrived after me were called first and seen by the doctor. When I asked? why was I not seen yet. Jaylan at the front desk stated ppl who check in with the codes are seen first. Which makes absolutely no sense. So once I was vocal and started questioning all the BS at this place. Now the doctor comes in to see me. Funny isn't it? I told the doctor to please send the 3 medications she prescribed me to Leroy pharmacy bcuz my original pharmacy is closed on Sundays. I go pick up my medication at Leroy's pharmacy only 2 prescriptions were filled. I then call city MD and spoke with yahira. I explained the ordeal about one of the medications not being sent to Leroy's pharmacy. She puts me on hold to then tell me it was sent to my original pharmacy that I clearly told them was closed on Sundays. I said just leave it at that pharmacy. I'll just pick it up tomorrow due to the lack of communication with your staff. A few minutes later yahira calls me back and stated that the prescription was now sent to Leroy's pharmacy. Now I'm extremely livid and told her. Please tell whoever sent the prescription to Leroy's pharmacy after u stated it was sent to my original pharmacy to send it back to my original pharmacy. The inconvenience this place has caused me today is extremely unprofessional. I will also be filling a complaint with the health department due to their lack of communication and unprofessional ways.

Worse place ever the doctors dnt even kno what to tell patients regarding they issues they go for I went yesterday for my 2 kids the doctor didn’t have any clue what to tell me she also didn’t even send the medicine she was suppose to for my kids I had to go to the emergency room we waited 4 hours for useless information im asking her questions she didn’t have no idea to answer please put better doctors that kno medical advice 2 2 girls at the front desk with nasty attitude what a disgrace close this junk down
