They are for the money and if you go there to do a routine urine collection they are gonna act like your at a doctors visit just to bill the company. Med assistant was rude and basically judged me before I even walked in. They kept me for an hour for a work drug screen and as a former toxicology tech there was no sufficient reason for a third party to not accept a sample that met the ordering parameters. After giving a sample to her satisfactory 🤷🏾♂️ (same volume and color) did she want to take the specimen. Then to add insult some doctor walks in to verify I was ok to be released as if he even had been present during any part of my “exam”. To say the least I felt profiled. Unless you are in need of real urgent care (and even then I’d read all the stuff they are making you sign) don’t go here.

I’m not really the type to leave reviews unless I love how I’m serviced but they were really nice. Went here this past Sunday to find out I had the flu. Staff made me feel welcomed and to be working on a Sunday I found them to be very pleasant 😂☺️ process was pretty smooth from checking in, seeing the doctor and checking out. Would totally come here again

Great service from the moment I walked in. Clean spacious facility, Front desk staff extremely helpful and attentive. It’s so hard to find great service these day and to have experienced that today, was a breathe of fresh air. Staff who took me into the room and did my vitals, she was a sweet heart and wonderful. Doctor was great and knowledgeable, very helpful. Answered my questions, didn’t feel rushed and was a pleasure to have visited a Bronx City MD. Thank you, thank you!

The overall staff was very pleasant. However, the Doctor or provider I saw was a little condescending and standoffish.
