Awesome urgent care, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the doctor really knows what hes doing.

Fast service and the Dr was great in diagnosing and very informative!

The staff was professional from the time I walked through the doors until I left. The doctor that attended to me was amazing and took her time to explained my results to me. I will diffently recommend my friends and family to CityMD at 2902 3rd Avenue Bronx NY. Amazing team they have there.

Quick & fast service. You will be seen & done in 15 to 25 minutes. Great customer service also.

I hate that I have to leave a review. But I was very disappointed with a few things and thought I’d share so that CityMd’s upper management can see and hopefully make changes and provide a professional, clean and safe environment for our community!!🤞🤞🤞 Firstly, if I can give this place a 0, I would. Overall it was very unprofessional in every aspect that you can imagine….As soon as you walk in the place was FILTHY …it was giving 3rd world clinic. There was 2 receptionists that was present and one was on FaceTime where she was being loud and engaged in a full blown conversation with the person on the end, and also still speaking to patients which is very unprofessional and HIPAA Violations/ privacy…….after I patiently waited I was finally seated in the room. Where the MA, aggressively says “what are you here for.” I didn’t know her title nor name, since she did not properly introduce herself didn’t asked me to confirm my name or DOB. Definitely did not have bedside manners or home training. As I waited for the doctor I was right acrid from the nurse/ma/provider station and I was clearly hearing about other medical situations of other patients. They were just loudly talking about other people’s problems and talking about vacations and calling out and all this extra stuff while people where in treatment rooms. I was actually embarrassed for myself because the MA was literally yelling out my business and I didn’t not like that at all. On top of that I expected the doctor to have some decorum, he was worst. He seemed like he hated life and had this attitude which was just horrible. Made me uncomfortable talking to him. And what upsets me the most was when he just walked in. And sat down. Like no knock no nothing. Same with the MA. And i thought to myself, what if i was nude in a gown or something and they just walk in with no warning…….. Ofc this is the service you get being in the epicenter of ghetto. But for a CITYMD…. Which is a huge franchise, it should NEVER match the ghetto that is in the street inside a clinic. Do better or SHUT DOWN. The management of this establishment should be embarrassed. And teach your staff proper bedside manners and some professionalism and stop hiring ghetto people from Facebook marketplace! Experiencing what I experience this place is bound to multiple lawsuits. HIPAA Violations left and right and poor management, and lack of proper medical training. Amongst other things…… **Sorry not sorry but it’s had to be said!!!! I hope they evaluate themselves and serve the community better!!

3rd Ave CityMD is very very slow. Sat there for over 2hrs. When I asked for the manager is when the process speed up a lil.

My experience was amazing the PSR in the front. Miriam was very helpful, caring and knowledgeable .she was all around amazing.The manager Jai-Lene was another amazing outgoing and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience felt like i was home. Thanks again i would recommend any day to anyone.
