The nurse was nice but the doctor was trash. The doctor completely ignored my test results and even said "your test dont look positive but" and proceeded to treat me for something I didn't have which I went to a different urgent care to confirm. He was rude in the way he told me how horrible I looked (i didnt even look sick). Then he rushed me out the room "go go hurry and go" ; never mind whether or not I had questions. I had stopped going to them over a year ago, thought things have changed but it hasnt.

The front staff are kind and informative. Waited not too long in the waiting area, however, waited about 30 minutes for the doctor to come into the room to take a peek and prescribe a cream. The cream isn't half as strong as what I have at home for my skin. It was honestly, a waste of time.

The Customer Service personnel at the desk were friendly and through with all information and instructions for paperwork. The Nurse and Doctor were polite and made me feel at ease. Waiting time for the whole process was brief. This was my second time at this location. I'm very satisfied with this service.

Services at CityMD Fordham Bronx are courteous, proper, and short waiting times from the moment of arriving. With seeing a nurse for initial conveyance of problems and symptoms, to being diagnosed by a doctor, and then accompanied to on site imagery and labs, the visit is focused on diagnosis of the matter for coming. I am pleasantly satisfied in each visit I've made to CityMD Fordham Bronx.

Just know that my ear still hurts 5 days later and I’m getting dizzy so I feel that the doctor I seen didn’t do anything at all just tell me how clean my ears where and I’m getting second opinion and moving forward to let someone leave a clinic with a busted eardrum is ridiculous it of course there is a nice team there
