They do not do thorough exams. Twice I was told the wrong information and given the wrong medications. I was treated like both problems were not a big deal when actually they were much more severe and very serious. I felt like I was over reacting and I took it upon myself to get further treatment. If these doctors had asked more questions and did more thorough examination they would have been able to diagnose the problem better. I am not going back to them in the future. That’s twice I was taking the wrong medications.

Everytime I go to city md on Westchester square location.. the women are respectful n kind n patient n care why u came in...super supportive n kind n respectful 🙏🏽...this location is kind respectful n kirdious n Friendly...very professional n Friendly...by far the most relatable location I visited n felt 💯 percent comfortable at

I had a good experience and felt like all my questions were answered and that it wasn’t rushed. I felt better relatively quickly based off the doctors accurate diagnosis and correct prescription. My 8/10 neck pain is resolved, and I can pick up my toddler & drive safely again without any meds now.

Clean and well maintained location, staff is friendly and professional. At the time I went there wasn’t a long wait and I was in and out. This is a good city md location
