Awful experience all around. The receptionist is one of the meanest, most miserable people you'll ever meet. She almost takes pride in how rude and unhelpful she can be. The office itself is dangerously dated - equipment looks as if it hasn't changed since the early 80s. Just pretend this place doesn't exist.

Dr. Kaplan and his office are truly horrible. They put my mother on an antibiotic with refills for one year - and we later learned that the medicine should be taken for 4 months maximum. His office staff is VERY rude as well - the receptionist Sharon that every below has indicated is horrible. I reached out for medical records that we needed within 3 days. When I asked to expedite the records please - they literally hung up on me. When I called back - she kept on hanging up on me, literally while I was asking questions still. Steer clear.

I had six implants done by Dr. Kaplan in a time span of little over a year. Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgeable in explaining to me the processes and concerns. He always calms me down when I get nervous, and his sense of humor definitely helps. I am so happy that I have a full mouth of teeth well done! Sharon is also very help in making/shifting appointments for me. She always calls the night before the visit and follows up on when to start taking medicines. Jane, Dr. Kaplan's assistant, is super sweet! I have received excellent care from Dr. Kaplan's office, thank you!

Don’t even try! The worst Dr is Dr Kaplan, really Rude unprofessional, and alway behind time

I am very disappointed that you refused to see me after I confirmed the appointment several times, had the necessary letter from the orthopedist, and waited over 2 hours. Very unprofessional behavior from you and your secretary. You accepted two patients before me, one of them was clearly your friend that arrived after me and got seen before me because of her relationship with you. Kindly be warned that I will be reporting this terrible experience to the department of health and to the doctors association and give you the reviews you deserve online.

I can only say positive things about this dental practice.I found Sharon, the office manager, both friendly and thorough. I have had cleanings done by both Dr. Cohen and Dr. Kaplan and I felt so squeeky clean afterward.I would highly recommend them.And a fantastic location to boot!!

I been here 3 time , 2 times they canceled my appointment when I have arrived at the office, and the third time they was almost 3 hours behind time.Also they all really Rude and not professional.

They should be ashamed of how they handle this establishment. I have never felt more disrespected and such disregard for their patients. Sharon the office manager is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. She will cut you off, divulge all your information out loud in the waiting room and won't schedule an appointment until you pay in full for anything. She makes up prices which are so far fetched that they cost more with insurance then paying out of pocket somewhere else which I chose to do. I honestly have no idea how they have any clientele at all. Dr Rosen is incompetent and Dr Kaplan was so abrupt and would not explain anything to me for a procedure I needed. He actually said why you don't believe me? I am shocked at how unprofessional everyone is in the practice. I was in so much pain and they completely did not care at all. They didn't return my calls or respond to my emails after I was already approved for the surgery. The only thing they care about is money. There are many and far better doctors to waste your time and money in this poor excuse of a practice.

I was very pleased with the Dr. And the staff. Finally I found a dr. who understood why I was in so much pain. Can't wait for my next visit 🤗

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before my appointment time. To my surprise, I asked to speak to the dentist, willing to wait for him to be free, since I have a gum infection and he's a specialist. All I needed was for him to evaluate my case and tell my dentist how to go on but the secretary refused to let me speak to him. The secretary kicked me out of the office, threatened me and called the cops on me, saying i was "foreign" "crazy" because I was crying. I was completely humiliated and "othered" by these people (if you can call them people) and they denied my health after I had an appointment scheduled. Their treatment was extremely inhumane, I have never been treated like this. I had been in need of a periodontist for weeks and when I find one and have an appointment they reject me and call the cops on me... Neglecting my health needs. My insurance gave me their number and referred me to them, and an oral surgeon and dentist referred me to the periodontist. I am disgusted, angry, and sad. That secretary needs to be FIRED. I don't recommend anyone going there, they are genuinely inhumane.
