He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was rude, insulting and argumentative and never helped me with my problem. Incorrectly diagnosed my hand. I told him it had all the signs of carpal tunnel, which I had before on the other hand and he yelled at me. He wanted to give me another shot, which I refused because there was no relief from the other shors, so he threw the needle down and stormed out of the room. What kind of doctor does that? Do not go to this man! I plan on complaining to the State medical board.

Didn't explain my options for a small lump on finger, only surgery. Spent under 5 min on diagnosis-said cyst, turned out to be a bone spur. Never told I would receive general anesthetic. Pre-op/post-op instructions and directions arrived after surgery performed. Did not have time to talk to me after surgery. Dr did not attend first follow up. Second follow-up waited 1hr, saw Dr Murphy for 1min 45 sec. Was rude & dismissive, as were nurses.

I was referred to Dr. Murphy by my family doctor after sustaining an injury to my left hand. He entered the exam room, told me what was wrong with my fingers and what I should do but he did so in less than 2 minutes. He barely regarded me as a human and made me feel as though my injury was hardly worth his time. His receptionists were rude, short and unfriendly as well. I will never return to this doctor again.
