El Nuevo San Juan/Simpson Pavilion's Online Review Report Card

My daughter's pediatric doctor literally said that my daughter needs childhood intervention when my daughter turned 1, 4 months ago and JUST started walking. She gave her a straw to grip after giving her 4 shots and expected her to hold it in a specific way. My daughter started holding her own bottle in her FIRST month as a new born. Her attention span is ridiculously amazing, she learned easily and reacts as you speak to her as if she understands what you're saying. I think she needs to be the one going to a childhood intervention. Not my daughter! This clinic would do anything to make their money.

I have never had an issue with the clinic, but I don’t know what has happened to El Nuevo San Juan. I remember that a little more than 5 years ago it wasn’t in this condition. I understand that due covid a lot has changed throughout the whole world, but is no excuse to have patients wait so many days to get a call back to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I had to call today (12/6/21) to confirm my appointment to only find out that it was cancel with no reason. I didn’t get a call, email or txt message about my appointment being canceled. I was told I was going to receive a call between 48 hours; let’s see if that happens.Till this date I’m waiting to be called for a dentist appointment at the site, but due to my condition I had to resolve somewhere else but thankfully and successfully I was able to. El nuevo San Juan needs to find ways to get it together ASAP.

First time my son an daughter going there an last Dr was rude an laboratory older lady was nasty Sorry to say but they cater to Hispanics was told wait time 2,3 hrs was there 5 hrs smh..I'll will stick to our regular Dr King

Amaizing clinic but lately the receptionist been having attitudes early in the morning arguing screaming at paitients

Wait time to see a pediatrician is two hours or above every single time. The last time I went even the nurse said they’re overbooked and vented about how tired she was. It’s a hit or miss with which doctor you’ll get. I don’t want to see a different doctor every time I’m there so I have to make sure to schedule an appointment with my baby’s primary care doctor. And you have to confirm because they switch it up all the time last minute.On June 4th at 11am my daughter had her 16 month vaccine appointment. I told the random doctor assigned to us that she had a slight fever that morning and that her cheeks were really flush, if it would be better to postpone the vaccines. Very dismissively she said there’s no contraindications. Of course, the next day my baby had a 105 fever. Took her to the ER and the ER doctor there told me she’s confused as to why a doctor would administer vaccines when the child is already feeling unwell. I knew I should have listened to my instincts. My daughter spent the night in the hospital and came out traumatized. I blame myself for not listening to my gut but also blame that doctor for her incompetence.

Horrible! Long wait time, rude staff and lack of medical professionals. Got here @ 9am waited over 4 hours and wasn’t seen so I left as did many others. Please do not waste your time here and go seek medical care elsewhere.

On 9/27/21 I call early in the morning for a tooth ache and in pain the call center took my information and I waited all day until 2:30 pm so I got dress when over there and the front desk from dental department was very nasty she going to tell me that they didnt get a chance to see it that I have to wait to get a virtual call I think if you are in pain they should see you but it ok going to change dentist and I file a complain already and give it to supervisor mr Glenn read the email

Tried to make an appointment but they wouldn't let me in because I didn't have a mask on. ( I'm allergic to the mask they give) My faith is with God! I don't like how I tried to call to make an appointment and the lady hung up on me. I understand y'all too busy not doing anything and what not but if it was your family member I'm sure you would do anything to help them. Y'all need to humble y'all selves because anyone who's anyone could die any day. Karma is hitting a lot of people for not being kind to others.

The nurses are rude. They gave attitude for no reason . But the doctors are very nice.
