I had the worst experience in all human possible! I was called via phone from the front desk upstairs 2nd floor for assistance for visual and dental services! One of the coordinators in the red uniform was being patient in the beginning with me when I was on a phone call, after 4-5 minutes, I had to step outside to continue my call because there was a lot of commotion inside and the lady in the red uniform gave me a nasty attitude saying “if you didn’t need services you should’ve just said that” with a nasty remark. I told her I’m stepping outside to continue with my call while she assumed the worst. I didn’t get an apology and this was my first time being seen by them. I recommend to go elsewhere because she’s the only one that works there everyday. This is a friendly reminder

Picked a PCP, booked an appointment, was seen by a practitioner not the actual doctor. Next appointment I'm told that I have to see someone else due to the practitioner leaving. Not only do I basically have to see someone new for every visit it's ridiculous trying to book a simple appointment dealing with incompetent people.

Essen Health Care was able to accept my insurance and they are conveniently near me. They deliver quality dental care and remind me ahead of time for all my appointments. It is community friendly, and mornings are often the best time to have appointments. They also have eye examinations for prescription glasses and shades and a small collection of shoes and sneakers. The diversity is what makes this Essen location welcoming. Thank you Essen!
