I have come to this location a few times and each time it doesn’t seem child friendly. I take my son here for his doctors appointments and none of them seem to be very friendly. I’m in the doctors appointment now and the doctor is not only being rough but he’s jump shooting things into the garbage. He’s man handling my child during the physical and it’s making me very uncomfortable! He’s speaking very aggressively to not only me but my child as well. The place isn’t even designed to look child friendly in the pediatric division it looks like a prison nursery the doctors seem like they just don’t want to deal with children or any patient for that matter. The doctors used NO gloves during the physical. Didn’t instruct me as to what he was doing throughout the physical. Barely asked questions. My child also felt very uncomfortable and like his doctor was being mean to him. I’ve switched 3 different physicians in this place and each one of them are just plain nasty! I wouldn’t make a mean review if it wasn’t true but this place is just not as friendly as I thought it would be and now I’m very unpleased with the sanitation. The only people who were nice was the nurse and receptionist( for them I’d say 5 stars)

Dr. Immordino has been a real blessing to the health of my child and grandchild, for about 7-years now. I could not find a better Doctor, who I would trust with my kids. She's amazing with my Family!. Always 5 stars, to me!. God bless her.

she is hateful and unprofessional. We visit her in Morris heights health center clinic. She never greeting us and did not answer my questions about my daughter's health. Instead using a loud voice she told me that I should be out of the room and she only gave some instruction to my daughter. She looks like someone that does not like the family. If you like to get information about your son or daughter's health, she is not the right doctor. 2 out of 5 starts.

For the most part this is a professional place that gets things done in a very timely manner. Dr. Immordino is very accurrate in her diagnosis, and is very experienced in her field. One area of improvement could definitely be her interacting more with her patients instead of their parents.

I have never experienced a worse professional in my life. She is rude and dismissive. Unprofessional and if there is any specialty this MD should not have done is pediatrics. Please if you care at all for your child do not go to her.
