Dr Emily and Dr Thompson are professionals but the staff are a bit unorganized and because of that it takes time for you to be seeing.

Dr Emili is great but his front desk supervisor treats patients terrible and question or anything asked to be done answering them nasty patient aren't rude but after she talks nasty to them patient answer back rudely ppl expect to be treated with respect I asked a question to see if my meds were sent to pharmacy I asked a different girl she told her not to check for me told her to tell me to call pharmacy so a another girl helped me because I told her the previous month my scripts weren't sent. But I don't get is why this girl is allowed to talk this way to clients and not only that but proceed to talk behind the person back as if the person is crazy for going off because of how she talked to them

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANY OF THE 4-5 STAR REVIEWS. They were all posted by the people who work at this circus. I can write a whole novel on how HORRIBLE my 5 hour experience was at this place. But to cut to the chase i waited 4 hours and and 55 minutes to not even get seen by a doctor! I am a forgiving person and like to give people/places a second or third chance. But this place is undeserving of existence and should be destroyed. If you want to waste YOUR WHOLE DAY to not even be seen by a doctor, Gregor Emili's is the place for you!

I’ve been a patient for a while now. I suffered with chronic pain for years and under a different doctors service it took us five years to get a working dosage for my meds. From day one he was like we have to reduce the meds here. When I explained what it took to get me there he backed off for a bit. Suddenly last visit he tells me that the DEA came to complain about the dosage of meds they were prescribing me. Then he reduced ALL my meds by half & increased the time between doses!

Receptionists at spring valley office do not understand English very well. Extremely hard to get any help from anyone. I was given the incorrect medication and medication i couldn't afford and then was told i needed an appointment to correct it... but would have to wait another week for that appointment. Mean While im in pain and suffering but have to wait a week for someone elses mistake?

First visit the place is gross...met w dr Thomson..he was nice..said they will make a plan for me...meds, shots, phys therapy. Took my urine and said to come back next week for my plan. Came next week...waited an hour and a half...place is so gross i wanted to leave. Dr Emili came in sat down at the computer and asked me what am i doing there! Never turned around to look at me. Said my rheumatologist should be taking care of me, not him. Had my records and never even offered any kind of treatment plan at all!!! Why take my urine and make me drive all the way back to this dump to ask me what am i doing there!! Its bad enough i need pain management...but to have a mean jerk as a dr is the most humiliating thing ever!!! They just want the insurance money!! Dont EVER GO THERE!!!

I felt completely helpless when I left this office. This was my first time ever seeing a pain management doctor. The office in spring valley is disgusting and the office staff are incompetent and unprofessional. The medical assistant did not even know how to take blood pressure. The "lab" area where they drew my blood was so nasty it smelled like something died in the fridge. Dr. Emili entered the room had his back towards me the entire time during my appt. He talked over me and did not listen. He then started talking about how tired he is and how many hours he works basically saying that I need to get over my pain. Going to a pain management doctor was my last choice, I have never seen a pain management doctor before. I am a healthcare professional and wanted to get relief for my pain that I have been dealing with for the past 3 years. He did not even say goodbye to me he just left the exam room. I ended up having to walk out of the exam room because I thought he was going to come back but he never did. I am appalled by the experience that I had in this office. I have never written a review on a doctor before but I would like to warn people about this office and physician.
