I stopped by the bronx office and was greeted lovely by Kulsuma and Laura. I stopped by to complete an HHA application and they were more than helpful, kind and patient. I would recommend this office. Lovely staff.

THEY ARE THE WORSE AND LIE TO GET PEOPLE TO COME INTO THEIR AGENCY FOR HOME HEALTH CARE. I SPOKE TO ONE PERSON TO GET CARE FOR MY MOM. I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE HER AND WAS ASSURED!!! THEN THEY AT THE LAST MINUTE (AFTRR THE TRANSFER THST THEY COULD NOT. SO THEY LIED FROM THE DOOR. WHO WANTS SOMEONE TO CARE FOR THEIR ELDERLY PARENT WHO LIES LIKE THAT. I AM DEFINITELY. TRANSFERRING HER IMMEDIATELY BAD NEWS
