Dr. Jacob is an excellent surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explained my surgery in depth. He listens to my questions and his answers are easily understood. My appoint time with him as not rushed. Dr. Jacob cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and professional. Wait time was very good. A great overall experience and recommend Dr. Jacob very highly. He is top in his field. I give Dr. Jacob and his staff 5 stars . . .

Top notch. Dr.Jacob was warm, friendly and very reassuring as I dealt w/ partial hip replacement. Throughout he was available, answering my concerns in a very relaxed, non hurried manner.The actual surgery could not have gone better. In addition,his staff was competent, friendly and professional throughout. I would strongly recommend his practice.

This was the first time I found myself in need of a orthopedic docter. I was fortunate to find Dr Jacob at a convenient location with a office staff that is is friendly and professional . Dr Jacob was like dealing with a trusted family member . He sincerely cares about you and is very professional . He explained everything each step of the way and addressed all my concerns . The day of surgury Dr Jacob made me feel at ease and was very kind. He continued to follow up on my surgury and Pt and made sure I was healing and getting the best after care that I needed. During my first visit with Dr. Jacob, I found out the arthroscopic surgery I had had prior to seeing him was unnecessary. He explained that I had 80% arthritis in that knee and I needed a replacement. Several things were outstanding about this doctor: 1. He was very knowledgeable and caring. 2. He truly listens to his patients and proceeds accordingly. 3. He greets you with a great attitude and a smile EVERY time; his bedside manner is exemplary! 4. He is confident, but NEVER cocky. 5. His appointments aren’t overbooked so it’s extremely rare that you have a long wait. These are just a few reasons why I love him! What he doesn’t know is that right before my knee replacement, I spoke to a PA in the operating room. When I told him how great I thought Dr. Jacob was he agreed with me, stating he has consistently seen him calm in and out of the operating room, and he remains so even if something unexpected comes up! Therefore, I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Dr. Jacob is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional physicians I've ever encountered. He guided my husband and I through the entire process, from diagnosis through recovery after rotator cuff surgery. I am very grateful to have had Dr. Jacob as my doctor and surgeon.

In February of 2021 I had an accident and broke my ankle in three places. I was brought to the emergency room at Huntington Hospital and was extremely lucky to have Dr. Jacob be able to perform an extensive surgery to repair my ankle. Dr. Jacob and his staff took unbelievable care of me during this very traumatic time. They answered all my questions and during my recovery they have been extremely patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I could not do this without them. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob and his staff, I was lucky to have them help me.
