The reason I gave 2⭐️is because there were some good people caring for my mom on 5East. In the Pavilion building on the other hand have made my moms stay miserable. She was there to rehab and go back home. There’s one particular nurse that must find it enjoyable to mistreat, verbally abuse my mom. I brought this to their attention and nothing was done.

I'm on the 4 west they are all very nice and trustworthy, I love the staff they are so caring I couldn't ask for better care Thanks Kiva for keeping my room so clean, Ericka for taking such good care of me and my nurse Rose. I would recommend this place to anyone .

Thank you kings harbor for the care you provide to my loved one this is the best nursing home in the Bronx I want to give a special shout out to Jennifer Smith she goes above and beyond. Shout out to Kiva for the care, and my favorite nurse Rose. The care is outstanding thank you kings harbor if you are looking for a five star rehab look no further.

Kings harbor did a wonderful job with my mother in law. The staff there are very pleasant and helpful from security to the nurses and especially the therapy staff. We thank you all for the love and care given to my mother in law.

I was very comfortable here im sad to leave the staff and the rehab department was excellent and I would highly recommend this is the best nursing home in the Bronx a job well done to kings Harbor the units are newly renovated and the staff are very caring I loved kings harbor

This is an awesome facility, I was in a panic searching for a 5 🌟nursing home for a family member. After reading the reviews I was impressed, however, when I spoke with the Social Worker named Vivette Henry, I knew I will be making the right decision. She is calm, caring, knowledgeable and made me feel like I'm the only person, she showed empathy for me and my family member. She is definitely an asset to the company. My experience with her let me know that she is not just about the money, but is very dedicated to the patients and families.

We’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to Gladys Frimpong ( CNA) , PT Supervisor Jel , PT Tunde, OT supervisor Mel, OT Dienna and the many others at Kings Harbor Multicare Center who directly or indirectly care for our beloved mother and grandmother . From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and compassion. Every question we had was met with patience and thoughtful explanation. The supportive and caring environment not only embraced our loved one , but uplifted our entire family during an incredible difficult time.
