This is supoosed to be my primary care provider. Everytime I've called, i haven't been able to set a simple appointment either because their system was down and i need to "call back later" or they are out to lunch and the answering machine where you are supposed to be able to leave a message doesnt come on, you're redirected to someone who answers at Atlantic Communications who is condescending, rude, and no help. After 4 attemps, I'm just gonna change my primary care provider so i can finally get my general check up. Utterly ridiculous.

I recieved a report from Dr kung-ming's office. It was addressed to my mom. it stated she was seen in June of this year for a exam, with the time and her info. Only thing is...My mom passed away in April of this year...So when I call to get this matter addressed. I get told.. Oh I'm sorry, I understand. I wasnt hear that day but I will let the dr know. Really?

Dr. Jan spoke to me like a child and interuppted me when he asked questions. He made several off hand comments about my weight. He RIPPED up my shirt when taking my vitals. He asked me to come back the following day and I refused. His office staff were even less kind and helpful.

Rude and uncaring treatment -useless appointment. His first words to me were not a greeting but a cold, "Why are you here?" I explained I had been referred by primary care because of irregular EKG and that my records were available on his computer system. I did not know because I didn't know what the tests ( stress/ultra sound/ekg) indicated. He said he had no time to search for my records and that I should tell him why I was there. He never asked me any questions about my health, never examined me. Just angry attitude and looked at records, no discussion or explanation, and told me to go.

He addressed all my issues efficiently and quickly. His diagnosis was spot on and he was very sweet.
