Dr. green was very dismissive when I tried to ask questions, he was also passive aggressive when I told him I felt like he was being a little rude, I even tried to say it jokingly just incase he wasn't intending to come off that way. But he just responded with "you're not a kid" and scoffed. I just wanted to know more about the procedure he was going to do, why he was doing it and what was going to happen after, you know like a how a doctor would explain. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time because it was my first time there and he was just silent moving around getting equipment that he didn't really explain about. I tried to make conversation beforehand as well like asking him if he worked alone since there was nobody else in the office but he said his receptionists worked remote. I'm okay with doctors wanting to work in silence but its also important to inform the patient how the procedure you're about to do is going to help fix the problem and reassure them but he didn't do any of that. In fact as he went to flush my ear I didn't expect the water pressure to be that high so I winced literally just a little and immediately he put his hands up in frustration saying it was just water making it seem like I got out of my seat or something. And he just kept muttering that to the point where I felt awkward sitting there and I felt like I wanted too leave. Even at this point I was being respectful in explaining why I didn't want to continue but he was just dismissive and scoffing the whole time so I left. Im sure he's good at what he does but he is very rude and when you try to bring it up he gets dismissive and passive aggressive.

Dr. Green is very personable and unbelievably knowledgeable. I was impressed with my office visit with him. He provided detailed explanations for my sinus and allergy issues. He has great bedside manners, which are hard to find. Dr. Green is the physician who makes sure the patient fully understands why he is prescribing certain treatments or performing certain tests. He takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns. By far he is the best ENT specialist. I strongly recommend this office.

My daughter who is in a coma, has been a patient of Dr Green's for over 5 years. He has always been a caring and professional Dr. My daughter goes to get her trach changed and the entire process is done without any problems at all. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. Maribel is the great! I highly recommend Dr Green. I'm going to switch from my ENT and start going to Dr Green.

Don't even bother with this Doctor my messages are left with the receptionist named Maribel and does not return calls his actions tell me that I am not a valued patient and I will go elsewhere. A Doctor that does not care for his patient is a Doctr that does not care for my life.

This so called doctor wanted my son to have a catscan and I wanted him to have an Mri instead so the mri can detect more of what is wrong with my son. This so called doctor not only denied it but didn’t come to the phone to explain to this mother why. When I requested through his assistant Maribel to have him speak to me she kept saying no he didn’t want to. The assistant has more etiquette and more guts than he did. Would not recommend this person

I definitely would not recommend Dr. Leacroft Greene to anyone.

Dr Green is a very caring doctor. He takes quality time with each of his patience. He did 2 surgeries for me and I was very satisfied. I have recommended him to people who are also happy with his care and services.

Dr Green was incredibly rude to me. His attitude was awful, he dismissed my concerns and rushed me through tests I didn't need all to leave me without any resolution, all because he wasn't listening to me and didn't care what I was trying to communicate. Doctors need to treat patients with respect, not an algorithm to push through for money. I highly recommend you find another doctor. You will not be treated like a human being by Dr Green.

Horrible and definitely don't know what he's talking about very dismissive of my symptoms dirty brookdale hospital what can you expect
