Dr. Lotsvin has been my PCP for many years. She is a caring, patient, friendly and thorough physician. She listens to you and explains everything very well. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful. Her waiting area and the exam rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend Dr Lotsvin wholeheartedly.

Dr Lotsvin is a kind caring and very competent dr. I am not sure what the other reviews are talking about but no one is ever rude to me. She is always finding time to see me even for emergencies. She is a wonderful person and physician ! You’re not going to get state of the art equipment but you do get quality care.

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. The doctor herself runs a lot of unnecessary tests and is also on the rude side. Avoid

Her staff is rude and not at all knowledgeable. After I set an appointment, the scheduler called back to tell me that I had a $1000 deductible. I told her that I had a co-pay and that the deductible does not apply to doctor's visits for which a co-pay is made. She said she isn't going to deal with this and cancelled the appointment. I then called my insurer to make sure that there wasn't an issue such as the doctor being out of network. The insurer confirmed that this doctor was not out of network and all I would have been required to pay was the $30 co-pay.

Dr Lotsvin is thorough and thoughtful. She is the best physician I’ve ever had and has been 100% helpful and wise in her diagnosis and treatment. I can say without any melodrama that she helped save my life. Her connections at major hospitals are truly impressive. Her staff is superb. I absolutely recommend her.

This woman is a very cold person. She doesn't really give you any indication that she cares at all. She NEVER gives or renews a prescription for more than one month even if you have been taking the medication for 10 years. If you need a form filled out for any reason what-so-ever - forget it.

I have to say, Dr. Lotsvin is a gem of a physician!!! I have been her patient for many many years - and in fact have recommended many of my friends and family members to her. I am not one to write reviews HOWEVER, felt the need to let everyone know how caring, competent and invested Dr. Lotsvin is. My husband, who also was a patient of hers, was diagnosed with prostate cancer - if it wasn't for Dr. Lotsvin who kept vigilant on his progress would not have received the care he needed. Needless to say, when my husband was hospitalized, Dr. Lotsvin would call practically every other day to see how he was doing. SO MY DEAR FRIENDS, in an age where everyone wants to be attended to instantly, and where one does not attend to what Dr. Lotsvin recommends GOOD LUCK in finding a doctor who possess her character, knowledge and true dedication to the Hippocratic Oath!
