This happened at the Military & lake location Dentist is great billing is not. I informed them that i had some money left on my insurance and i wanted to get a certain tooth(i explained exactly which one) fixed before the year and my money had run out. I arrived and again stated what i wanted and why. The doctor arrived did the procedure and i was leaving when the woman at checkout (who was a little rude) said because i had that tooth worked on already in 2019 that my insurance would not cover it and i had to pay the full amount. When i asked her why no one told me this before i had the procedure done she said she thought about running in to tell me but didn't. (i was sitting in the chair 20 minutes before the doctor arrived they had plenty of time to tell me.) i know things are tight and places need to make money but taking care of the patient should still be job 1. This experience totally soured me against the whole Office

This was years ago but - Awful experience where they really messed up my mouth. I was in so much pain, I could barely open my mouth. Ended up needing a root canal due to the poor work they did. I asked to see one of their other dentists but they never did anything about it. And the dentist was rude on top of that.
