Jasmine is a rude person. I think this place can be better place with out her. She has no customer service experience. I which someone else can replace her. Wow. This place needs help badly.Your business can't continue with bad reviews.

I would give 0 stars for how dirty this place is, dreary and the way the waiting room crowds up it’s a covid case waiting to happen

3 stars because the therapists and front desk staff are great but the Doctor is terrible. He tried to downplay my injuries. I didn't like that. If this place wasn't conveniently located to my home, I would definitely go some place else. Front desk staff and therapists are extremely friendly. The patient care coordinator is pleasant also.

Unprofessional, unprofessional, unprofessional. Incompetent of handling phone calls, paperwork, and explaining procedures to patients.I wouldn't spend my last dime here. I wouldn't refer this place to my enemy. They don't even deserve a rating. One star is even too much. Jasmine is a nasty manager. Matlyn/Maitlyn whatever her name is ignorant. Not worth the visit.

I read a review that said the physical therapist are good but the administration is horrible. Honestly this is the most accurate review I’ve seen thus far when discussing this business. The office manager is always rude and nasty and has a terrible attitude when dealing with the patients. Always seems like she is bothered and doesn’t want to be at work. I’ve had several different encounters with her that would make me want to leave this establishment all together but the kind physical therapist and drivers keep me coming back. If you can ignore the unpleasant experience you will have when checking in or asking any questions to the front staff this is the place for you. If you want to be treated with respect at all times from everyone try to find a different office to attend. Whoever is running this place needs to train the front staff on customer service skills.

The staff is excellent. They are all smiles and friendly. Therapist are very helpful.

if You have workers comp case do NOT go there. Horrible office, very rude manager jasmine . She has no respect for peoples time and no knowledge of how workers comp works. . Her front desk staff hasno experience in workers comp law either.. I came there with bad knee for my physical therapy treatment and they told me to go home without any notice . .I asked them politely if I can have my treatment for today as a courtesy and they said to me to go home and we can't help you. I lost my time and money going there for nothing. No apologies no nothing. Physical therapy guys are very young and has no license to be therapist. They don't really do anything to make you feel better. They just walk around watching TV all day at the office. Doctor Albert is very careless about your injuries and does not do anything to make you feel better. He does not write good accurate report and make your workers comp case worth.

Wow I have such a amazing time coming here everytime I walk in I feel as if I known the staff for years. They great everyone and treat everyone with respect. The front desk is extremely helpful they’re always on top of appointment and make sure they can acomodate to their best ablitity.
