I've been going here for 3yrs...I haven't been there in a yr so I was concerned when I found out dr Ethan had left...I met with Dr li and she was just as compassion and hopeful as him...I'm happy to say I left there feeling better and hopeful...She's a great doctor and I'm looking forward to seeing her again....

Worst experience EVER. Dermatologist malka is so unprofessional and rude. Shes extremely racist , she’s like lifeless and just gives you this condensing “IDGAF” look all the time. She had me sit with my son for almost an hour after making a follow up appointment with her for the front desk to then tell me “she won’t be seeing me anymore and I needed to find a new doc” ..for what reason , no clue!! Oh and I forgot to mention she’s the ONLY dermatologist here so you can’t even request another doctor. You're welcome in advance!!

This Dermatology place used to be great when Ethan worked here because he cared about his people. Now it's not even open five days a week and the lady who's a dermatologist Malka Nicnamfard is very cold and not helpful. I told her what do I do about my hair loss and she just Shrugged and said and said nothing could be done and get rogain. She was no help absolutely at all she does not care about the patients at all! I had to wait an extra hour because I'm grown man was so upset that he needed to be seen and she didn't even apologize about it her secretary and help her are great ladies but the dermatologist herself I don't recommend to anybody! Yonkers is the place to go!

These people are racist, do not waste your money or time at this business, they are dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Assistant Malka Niknamfard, charged me for a chemical peel in advance, however when I showed up for my appointment she tells me she doesn’t have the products for the chemical peel. I then had to wait for over 1 hour 49 minutes before I could meet the manager to process my refund. Every other patient who showed up after I did got assisted before me. Also, after you choose your pharmacy they will still send your prescriptions to their specialty pharmacy.
