the patient press the red button and it took them over 20 minutes to respond and how does a hospital give a twin bed to a grownup and it didn't have guard rails the patient told me she fell off the bed and they just said its not in our records i personally knew the lady she wouldn't have just made that up when i was leaving she was crying she went to be with the LORD AFTER CONTRACTING an infection in her trache but u know something one thing i heard from the bible it says vengeance is mines says the Lord and he will repay be blessed and remember what ever u do do it likes its onto the LORD

I have a family member in this facility and she is not able to move on her on... She's on a ventilator.. She's hasn't had a bath in 4 years... She's in the same position since she arrived there... Fist clinched and legs bent... The muscles more than likely are dead by now... She's been this way for 4yrs... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO MY WORSE ENEMY...

My family spent a little over two months at this facility. My grandmother received great care and made amazing friends during her stay. The physical therapist team worked with my grandmother so she was able to get around by herself. Also, the social worker, Angelita was awesome. She made sure the discharge went smoothly and we had all the necessary support and care for post-stay!

Hi my name is Margaret Barnes. I have been a Split Rock resident for several months, I would like to express my sentiments of being in such a fabulous rehab. The staff are all amazing. Some of the hardest working people I have ever seen and met. I am saying this sincerely because I have personally worked in a foster care so I know what hard work and dedication to their job really is.
