The worst experience I had. The doctor and her administration are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited them once unfortunately and the hassle I went though is beyond belief. Stay Away please!

This review is for the absolute lack of professionalism when scheduling with this practice. I was recommended to Dr Sarig-Meth from another Columbia specialist. These recommendations mean absolutely nothing, you will wait as long for an available appointment as if you are cold calling from the street. In my case, over 4 months. The afternoon before my appointment - after they sent two messages the week prior confirming (and I submitted all new patient paperwork) - they call to cancel because the doctor has some sort of online meeting at that time. Whether this the doctor changing her schedule last minute or a front office that double booked her, I frankly couldn’t care less. I’ve already scheduled the day off with work and arranged coverage - not easy to do in 2022 - and for nothing. How Columbia doctors is rated so highly is beyond comprehension.
