When I entered this facility I had just gotten a knee replacement and was unsteady walking thanks to Thomas, Michael, Glenda and Ann I am now way more stable great job!! Shout-out to the CNA Ms Roberts and Ms Reynolds, and thanks to all staff at Throgs neck I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehab thanks to all.

I’m truly saddened to have put my loved one at this facility. All nursing home tend to be horrible and some more than others.I know employees are overwhelmed and task to cover for other employees. This place has the individuals sit in their own feces for hours. The meals for the individuals are drop off and left to get cold.I’ve observed this place for a month. If you have family members in this facility - listen and believe what they tell you over what staff say.This place has a great score for patients not falling because they keep them in bed all day regardless of condition.I truly am sorry I had my loved one placed here!UPDATE: Their unvaccinated staff are infeccting our loved ones with Covid. I just got a call from the facility to infor that my love one has become infected under the nursing home carelessness!

Visiting and spending some time in the Throgs Neck Rehabilitation Center was a pleasure. Everyone I met was very friendly and wanted to help make my experience a good one. Have patience and things will get done.

This is my second time at this facility and this time i wasn't wasn't able to move around but through lots of effort and the amazing work of the rehab staff special shoutout to Linda and Michael from rehab and the nurses always made sure to give the medication on time and were always courteous.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! From the minute you enter you are met with smiling faces and people who genuinely wish to help you and your loved ones. In spite of Covid times, they manage to give the best service possible. Although I never wanted to place my husband in any facility, I’m so glad he’s in such good hands.

Administration sucks! The handling of my mom's passing is below standard. Still trying to find out what led up to her passing as she was healthy and within two weeks of getting a phone call that she was not feeling well, she was dead!

Awesome staff awesome work ethic … thank you Dovid and Ms Moore for welcoming us and seeing us before my mothers discharge today. Andria for helping my mom you are an awesome nurse and human being. My sister and I commend your staff on your professionalism. Lastly to the therapy dept you guys rock my mom looked forward to therapy every day. Thanks to you all she is breathing and walking on her own (with a walker but it counts) when she couldn’t. We are so thankful we chose the right place for our mom.
