Buenas noches yo pase por casualidad y me trataron con Respeto Amabilidad y la señorita que me atendió me ayudó mucho y cometí un error pero ella me trató igualmente con Respeto volvere

As one person already put this if I could give less than one star I would. This agency is backwards. Nobody talks to each other. Nobody knows what’s going on. Nobody knows the process after a year. I’m still dealing with ensuring that my patient is taking care of as her power of attorney. The agency has given me nothing but angst for a whole year regarding my patient Medicaid insurance. Their staffing Practices are the worst they do not treat their aides with respect. The only reason I have good aide’s with my patient now is because they came from CONCEPT CARE, which went out of business. I do not recommend them.

If I could give less than one star I would. I am not a one to write reviews but unfortunately found it absolutely necessary to help another family or should I say relieve them from the bad experience my and my family have had to endure. My family member has been with this agency for SEVERAL years and has yet to get a consistent care. They have inadequate staffing and utilize other agencies for staffing which are more knowledgeable and trained than some of the aides that have come to our home. Some don't know how to cook meals or simply follow the guidelines, roles and responsibilities on the sheet provided by the agency. Please Please look elsewhere when looking for an agency and if this is a social worker looking for an agency please keep looking..

esta agencia de Unlimited care inc tubimos mi papa ahi y los servicio son los peores mandan personas que ni cocinar saben son iresponsable para el cuidado del pasiente pues fue mucha las veces que dejaron mi papa sin mandarle la mujer que lo tenia que cuidar y no tenian horario ni una mujer estable para papi, eso empeoro a mi papa mandarle una mujer diferente siempre ,solo de tanta personas mandaron 2 mujeres que si sabian cocinar y cuidar a papi y esa que era buena solo hiba dos dias a la semana gracias a Dios yo vivo con papi y pude monitoriar los servicio que daba esta agencia malisimo no la reconmiendo para nada atetamente yo

They defend the lazy and thievious aides. They must run psych evals on their employees.

Will say some of the help aid's are very nice. Good at their jobs. Those are the people who should only be the one's who come over to help me. I only would like people who respect you. Although there are many who come to help that are rude, & disrespectful. Do nothing, but sit on the couch to relax.
