Where should I begin? First the physician Dr. Banker and sonographer were very personable and pleasant to deal with. But the person on the phone when making the appt got my name invented a totally different name birth date and address wrong multiple times after I kept repeating them. Red flag 1. She told me I was the first appt of the day. Upon arrival I was informed that I was number 3 or 4 this was a 900am appt. Red flag 2. The same person who took my ID cards was pulling down her mask to eat T the front desk. Wth Red flag 3. The clinic requires masks or “face coverings.” Face coverings don’t provide the same level of protection as masks. Red flag 4. There is ZERO ventilation in the waiting areasat reception or in the sonogram rooms. I opted to wait outside for a bit rather than sit in the small waiting room with other patients. Red Flag 5 It took a long time to be seen by the sono tech and then another long wait for the doctor to look at my results during which time they requested that I stay undressed. I finally saw the doctor TWO HOURS after my arrival and just before I walked out. The meters outside this place only go up to 2 hours. Red Flag 6.Conclusion it’s bad enough to be kept waiting for so long but for this to happen in the midst of a pandemic when highly contagious variants are circulating when their office has zero ventilation and when the CDC recommends avoiding indoor spaces as much as popsicle and limiting time indoors as much as necessary their incompetence is dangerous and negligent.I wish that I’d gone somewhere else instead of traveling to this place and I wonder if they treat people like this because the clinic is situated in a lower income community and they figure they can get away with it.This was easily the riskiest situation I’ve been placed in since this pandemic began. I Hopefully none of the patients contract Covid due to their poor practices.

Dr. Fan and the staff are efficient and friendly. Im pleased with the results of my procedures.

I think Dr. Berkowitz is great. He has always explained to me in detail exactly what he is doing and what I need to look for afterward. I am very impressed with the final outcome of my right leg its like I am a new person. I also think the front desk is very polite and really does a great job. To everyone in the Marble Hill office kudos I personally think it special when people go above and beyond your expectations and thats exactly what everyone in the Marble Hill office did for me. Thanks so much.

Dr. Berkowitz and the entire staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Berkowitz was AMAZING The staff and all the Dr. were wonderful and my experience could not have been better. My legs look and feel great now.

The USA Vein Clinics Marble Hill location has the absolute best staff I wish all of my doctors offices had these amazing people. Everything runs so smoothly They do whatever they can to accommodate their patients both in the booking process and while they receive treatment. I would and have recommended this office to others
