Dr. Wendy is a kind and thorough doctor, never rushing like other docs might, and covers every base to obtain the correct diagnosis. She explains all outcomes and possible treatments, as well as the prescriptions before collaborating with the patient to ascertain a course of treatment. The staff is friendly and professional, and the other doctors are equally as professional and positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Wendy Biagiotti as a primary physician.

Receptionist staff for Dr. Biagiotti will interrogate you on your illness and certain symptoms you are having, staff does not give the doctor the message, the staff will negate your illness, will leave you on hold so you will hang up. I've never seen such an unprofessional staff than Dr. Biagiotti staff. Receptionist staff is unprofessional. I would fire them. But it's not just the reception staff it is also the doctors as well. The whole clinic is a mess. Dr. Biagiotti isn't a through doctor. This is an honest review, with no bias or hate towards anyone. Just my experience with dealing with this clinic and the staff that works under the doctors.

Horrible office, no appointments ever, constantly told to call back in two months for an appointment in four months. Told the same thing every two months with no hopes of sering anyone. Billing also sucks, as no one reads the paperwork you fill out. Instead they constantly bill the secondary as primary and wonder why it gets denied. Go some where else if you want your healthand sanity.

I've seen her once. Getting an appointment is impossible, then when you do get one they get canceled last minute.

Dr. Wendy Biagiotti and her front office staff are horrible. The staffs tells you to "hold on" and leaves the phone off the hook, never getting back to you. Have to call again for them to answer the phone. Takes what your saying as not a big issue and doesn't take you seriously. Doctors under her never take what you say seriously and rather collect checks then be a compassionate doctor.

Dr. Wendy is very knowledgeable, compassionate, through, kind and patient. She has great bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients. I am so confident in her abilities that I would comfortable refer my entire family to her practice. There are doctors, and there are DOCTORS and Dr Wendy is by far one of the best I've had in my lifetime. I am thankful for her service and also her ancillary staff. Special thanks to Nurse Maria, RN for her efficiency and care.

Dr. Wendy is compassionate, knowledgeable and gives her patients the time they deserve. She is thorough and does not hesitate to make referrals to other disciplines to find relief & adequate care for her patients. I am so happy that I have a great practitioner in Dr. Wendy.

Dr. Wendy is the BEST doctor you could ask for. She always calls with blood results, returns your call and genuinely cares about all her patients. My son and I have been her patients for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else! I highly, highly recommend her!!
