List of Lee Grodin's Reviews
My 92-year-old mom came in with chest pain, and Dr. Grodin was great with her and our family. She kept checking in and really was so busy yet patient with us.
Went to ER with excruciating chest pain. Dr Grodin immediately leapt into action, ordering ekg, chest x-rays & blood test to rule out heart issues. She communicated clearly, compassionately, & in a timely manner, despite the ER being extremely busy at that time. Dr. Grodin was great!
She’s the worst doctor I ever met. She treated me for less than a dog. On May 8 2021, I went to the ER of the NY-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital for excruciating back pain after a sneezing. This doctor saw me and ignored me in a cold room for HOURS (I was crying in pain in fetus position). She did practically NOTHING, no exam, no MRI, no proper referral. I spent months in getting appointments for specialists, MRIs, etc. I could not walk for months, and endured deliberating pain every day and night. More than 7 months later, I finally got a surgery to remove the disc fractured by my sneezing which was stuck in a nerve. I was told the damaged nerve needs 2-3 years to recover, because I was not treated in emergency. I am finally slowly regaining full mobility. I just got a baby 3 weeks before that ER visit, so life has been busy. Not even gotten time to complain. In my opinion she is not slightest competent, nor slightest compassionate about patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
