I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Susanne Roberts for a consultation regarding a break in my right arm. After the accident that caused it, I had been told that I had osteoporosis but did not realize how badly this could affect my recovery. As it turns out, my bone never healed and Dr. Roberts wound up implanting a metal rod in my arm to prevent further damage. I never expected that this procedure would restore my arm to full functioning but it did so. I am forever grateful to Dr. Roberts for giving me back full usage of my dominant arm.

She was annoyed when I woke up during surgery, before the surgery I warned her and the anesthesiologist I required strong or more constant anesthesia. The anestheseologist was not even present when i woke up halfway thru procedure, a different and much, much younger Dr. was present. Dr. Roberts did not even offer an appology, my hand took over a year to fully heal and not the few months she had assured me it would. Also I have since carried an eternal emotional scar. Thanks Dr. Roberts!!!

Dr. Roberts was professional and friendly. She explained my options clearly and succinctly. I chose to have surgery on mildly displaced radius fracture due to better recovery of strength and mobility in my dominant arm. Surgery was completed as scheduled with timely discharge My follow up appointments are brief and all of my concerns are answered. I strongly recommend Dr Roberts and her helpful staff.

Dr. Susanne Roberts is an excellent doctor, she listens to her patients, thorough with her examination. The only flaws with the office in Bronxville is the long waiting times and small and crowded waiting area. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Horrible experience She was condescending towards me and seemed confused and nervous when assessing my hand issue. She then offered to do a steroid injection Which did absolutely nothing but make it worse.
