Trump Village Dental's Online Review Report Card

I honestly regret going to this office. The hygienist didn’t even introduce herself and had an attitude from the beginning. She made rude comments about my teeth and bite in a judgmental, almost mocking way. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. The way they treat patients makes you feel unwelcome and disrespected rather than someone they’re actually there to help. The front desk also seemed very inexperienced. They prescribed me antibiotics without properly explaining why I needed them, and I couldn’t even pick them up because they entered my insurance information incorrectly. At this point, I honestly don’t understand if their priority is to actually help patients or just charge insurance as much as possible, especially with this many mistakes. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this office.

I really have to say the care that doctor ripa put in as well as his other dentist I'm sorry I have to get your name buddy but you are wonderful and so is the doctor and so the X-ray technicians I saw nothing but a full day of care to get me done right. It was a full day of work and they weren't settling for anything less than success and they did it with care thank you very much

Over the years, I’ve had different types of dental work done, and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Slava is extremely skilled, precise, patient, and always makes sure everything is done perfectly. He takes the time to explain the treatment, makes you feel comfortable, and you can tell that he truly cares about the quality of his work. The entire office provides outstanding service — friendly, professional, welcoming, and reliable. After 12 years, I continue coming here because I completely trust Dr. Slava and his team. Professional Dental Care!

A Dental Check-Up Without Seeing the Dentist? When I went to my appointment for a dental check-up, my X-rays were taken, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth, and told me that I had a cavity and diagnosed me with it. She also gave me a price for the filling. Later, when I went to the front desk, the front desk gave me a different price. However, throughout this entire process, I never saw the dentist and was never examined by the dentist. I then called my insurance company. They told me that the procedure was covered by my insurance and that I should not have to pay anything. To make sure, I called several other dental offices as well. I provided my insurance information, they checked it, and all of them independently confirmed that my insurance covered the procedure. I then called the same dental office again and spoke with the manager. I asked a very simple question: “If someone comes to your office for a dental check-up, never sees the dentist, has X-rays taken, has their teeth cleaned by a dental hygienist, and is then told they have a cavity and given a price for treatment, and then receives a different price from the front desk, would you consider that a normal check-up process?” The answer I received was: “If you would like to see the dentist, I can make another appointment for you.” Honestly, hearing that answer made me realize once again how unusual this experience was. I had already come in for a dental check-up. Being told at the end that I had never seen the dentist and that I needed to make another appointment just to see the dentist did not make sense to me. On top of that, my insurance company and several other dental offices confirmed that the procedure was covered, yet I was given different pricing at this office. That raised another serious question for me. I strongly recommend verifying your insurance coverage with your insurance company and, if possible, with another dental office before agreeing to any treatment or payment.
