I work for this agency and this agency is TERRIBLE. They don’t care about patients or the workers. Every time they send you to go to a case there’s always a problem or a mis understanding.

Horrible -one star is one too many . The worst . Stay away . If you care for your loved one ... go someplace else . They are negligent - not only do they not for their patients ... but their aides as well. They send aides in blindly on cases they have no idea on how to handle . And no one cares . NO ONE !!!!!!!!

This is the second agency we ended up with for my mom whom i found having a stroke in 2015.Ive been her aide since and then other family came around and decided to take over the case.K it was my time for a breakLol or NOT!We have this Mcdonalds reject of an aide in our house, who doesnt cook or clean worth anything, there are food spills and bed bath spills all over the floor EVERYDAY, sometimes theres entire pieces of food her inept blind inattentive self missed.Ok that sucks.She watches TV about 95 % of the time and if you ask her to wash something shell say "IM NOT A MAID" in a whiny annoying voice that nobody could like.NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHES NOT STRONG OR CLEVER ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT LIFTING MY MOM. PROPERLY WHICH HAS RESULTED IN HER BEING DROPPED ON THE FLOOR AND BROKE HER LEG!!!DO you want to know what the seamonkey of an aide said when she heard my poor mom screaming in agony?'ELDERLY PEOPLE ARE MORE SENSITIVE TO PAIN'What a useless piece of inept garbage of a person!Oh and not only that but the agency refuses to replace her because "ACCIDENTS HAPPEN"So now Ive cancelled plans and most of my life because I have to supervise this lazy pointless, downright dangerous waste of a person taking up space in my home that IS NO LONGER SAFE!The dummys name is rose and i cant wait for her to see justice.They come to this country to take advantage of their clients and IT SHOWS!ALLIANCE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES LETTING IDIOTS HURT YOUR PATIENTS AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!THIS IS WHY HEALTHCARE IN THIS COUNTRY IS AN INTERGALACTIC JOKE AT THIS POINT.HAVE DAUGHTERS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU LATER IN YOUR LIFE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH SO YOU WONT BE VICTIMS TO THESE GREEDY CAPITALISTIC ZOMBIED OUT SOULLESS CARELESS CRETINS
