Dr. Irina is a master of her craft. She does a very thorough intake which enables her to see to each concern during the session. Each time I leave feeling better within a day. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience was subpar and misleading. I booked with Dr. Irina on ZocDoc as she was listed as in network. They contacted me and let me know they were no longer in network and had to charge me a small copay. I declined and then they offered my treatment at cost for my insurance. I tried to confirm my treatment was with the practitioner Dr Irina, because this is who I had read positive reviews for. They said yes, it is with the female practitioner. Later on I found out my session was with Rima, a less experienced practitioner. I arrived at the hospital. I told Rima about my medical history and running. She responded that women should [sway hips] and men should [running motion]. Alas, budget acupuncture at least it’s free. I got my treatment and was left in a hospital room without a noise machine or any music. No blanket. No pillow. I heard folks cleaning the hospital, people talking, etc. the next time I came there was an iPad with some music, but still a lot of noise including Banging on the walls, a sink running. Again no pillow or blanket in a cold tiled hospital room. It bothers me a lot that they did nothing to make the room comfortable. When I told them I was switching practitioners, I finally had an interaction with Irina through text where she blamed Covid-19 and neighbors were being loud. She invited me to see her in her financial district office which is much more comfortable. I declined. Update - proof of how unprofessional their practice. Irina responded to my review with information about my treatment violating HIPAA.

So happy with the care I’ve received at this center! Nicole has been my acupuncturist since I started treatments for ongoing issues related to stress, muscle tension, and nerve pain. Not only is she kind and friendly, but she is also very knowledgeable and professional. After only 3 sessions, my symptoms have noticeably improved, and I’m feeling more like me again. Would definitely recommend their services :)
