The staff are super friendly, though I'm sad that the receptionist isn't allowed to sing anymore. It made the atmosphere more relaxing, than just sitting in silence like the typical doctor's office.

Honestly I’m giving this such a poor rating due to the nurse practitioners poor communication skills and uncouth mannerism. However, the other staff members were delightful.
